BY VISITING, ACCESSING, LAUNCHING, OR EXECUTING SCRIPTS ON TOOLSPOT.TRADESALA.NET, YOU IRREVOCABLY ACCEPT ALL TERMS, CONDITIONS, DISCLAIMERS, INDEMNITIES, AND WAIVERS STIPULATED HEREIN. Data Boundary Disclaimer & User Backup Duty: Because no user documents, financial figures, health logs, or generated files are transmitted to or stored on Tradesala servers, Tradesala maintains zero capability to recover, restore, or retrieve lost or corrupted files. 4. Prohibited Conduct, Cyber-Abuse & Criminal Misuse

You covenant that you shall not engage in, facilitate, or assist any of the following prohibited activities. Violations will result in immediate IP banning, access restriction, and potential civil and criminal prosecution under the Information Technology Act, 2000, Indian Penal Code, 1860, and international cybercrime statutes:

  • Financial Fraud & Tax Evasion: Utilizing financial tools or calculators to create inaccurate records for tax evasion, money laundering, or fraudulent credit applications under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002;
  • Illegal Decryption & Copyright Theft: Uploading or removing password protection from PDFs, documents, or media files for which you do not possess verified copyright ownership or written legal authorization;
  • Automated Scraping & Infrastructure Attack: Utilizing bots, headless browsers, web scrapers, or DDoS tools to mirror, extract, or overload Toolspot scripts, frontend assets, or CDN servers;
  • Malicious Code Injection: Injecting malicious scripts, XSS payloads, or viruses into input forms, text tools, or code validators (e.g. JSON Formatter);
  • Unlawful Re-branding: Framing, iframe-embedding, mirroring, or white-labeling Toolspot utilities for commercial resale without prior corporate contract with Tradesala.

9. Absolute Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS-IS" & "AS-AVAILABLE")

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ALL 64+ TOOLS ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. You agree to defend, fully indemnify, and hold harmless Tradesala Technologies Pvt Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, legal representatives, and successors against any and all third-party claims, lawsuits, tax demands, regulatory investigations, losses, liabilities, damages, fines, and legal expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your breach of any provision of these Terms;
  • Your misuse of any Tool, including creation of fraudulent documents or unauthorized file decryptions;
  • Your infringement of any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, or privacy right of any third party;
  • Any government audit, tax demand, or legal proceedings resulting from your reliance on tool outputs.

12. Force Majeure & Service Availability

Tradesala shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in service availability caused by circumstances beyond our control, including acts of God, fire, flood, epidemic, war, civil unrest, government regulations, power grid failures, internet backbone outages, CDN disruptions, cyberattacks, or cloud infrastructure downtime. We reserve the right to deprecate, modify, or terminate any tool without notice.

13. Minors & Parental Supervision Policy

Mandatory Binding Individual Arbitration & Class Action Waiver: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Toolspot shall be finally resolved by binding individual arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The language of arbitration shall be English. YOU EXPLICITLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO INITIATE, JOIN, OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT, GROUP ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING AGAINST TRADESALA.
